Prerequisites
- Amazon Linux 2
- sudo privileges
Install Iptables on Amazon Linux 2
Step 1. Update the yum packages.
yum update
Step 2. Install iptables.
yum install iptables-services
Step 3. Enable and start the service.
systemctl enable iptables
systemctl start iptables
Step 4. Verify the installation.
iptables -v
